Grote Man Shop Breda is not just any store; it is a family legacy of craftsmanship and love for fashion. Gaston Creemers,
the owner, grew up with fashion in his blood. His father ran a shirt factory and his mother had her own business, so Gaston
was immersed in the world of fabrics, fits and styles from an early age.
While working for his father’s shirt factory, Gaston regularly supplied shirts to a store in Breda, then still under the name
Jean Bergé. Around the holidays, Gaston helped out in the store for a day, because owner Jean was ill. At the end of that
day, Jean’s wife, Joke, asked if Gaston was interested in taking over the store, because their sons did not want that. After
consulting with his father, Gaston decided to take the step and take over the store.
